Meet Mary & the Creative Kitchen Garden
I am a farmer, artist, and advocate. My passion is growing food to learn more about plants, nature, and cooking. I started the Creative Kitchen Garden to help people reconnect with plants and experience the flavor and beauty they can add to our lives.
My Garden Ethos
For me, growing is an expression of creativity, curiosity and the human connection with the natural world. I am a lifelong learner, and I am constantly working to better support the ecological health of the land and grow more tasty, productive plants. I do not use synthetic pesticides or fertilizers, and support pollinators and wildlife by growing and protecting native perennial plants.
