Some kind words from garden visitors and workshop participants…

  • "I had a really lovely time at the farm with Mary. She was kind and knowledgeable. We picked some berries and veggies and she had local cheese and homemade delicious scones for our tea making outing. Conversation was natural and organic. Highly recommend spending time at the farm! I would love to come back and try the brunch! Thank you Mary!"

  • "We had such a great time touring this coop farm. Seeing how a community of people can live together and benefit so much from each other was truly enlightening. There’s so much to see whether it’s the cattle, the chickens, or the abundance of flowers and fresh vegetables there’s something for everyone to experience and learn. The host does a wonderful job of teaching and informing so there’s plenty to learn for children and gardeners of all ages. Fresh food and beverages served so you will leave full and satisfied."

  • "A Truly Wonderful Experience: My partner booked this for us to experience while we visited a neighboring town in Vermont. Needless to say, I didn’t know what to expect but was blown away by the amount I learned, the fun I had, and the hospitality of Mary and her partner, Michael. Mary is super knowledgeable, friendly and the perfect host! I’m a terrible cook but the food came out delicious. It was so satisfying walking through a different garden later that day and being able to identify what asparagus grows into and what flowers were edible! We would definitely come back, and was well worth the 4 hour drive from Boston (and we left the house at 5:30 AM)!"

  • "We enjoyed learning about all the different herbs and vegetables on the farm. Also enjoyed feeding the chickens. Ending the tour by making tea from the herbs we picked from her garden , along with a snack of biscuits with apple butter and herbed butter and cherries was a good way to finish."
